extensive experience in the valuation of Òupper bracketÓ residences. This
includes residences with riparian rights along Lake Michigan and proposed
construction projects from plans and specifications. Other areas of expertise
include tax appeal, partial interest valuations and retrospective assignments
for litigation and tax matters. Preferred market area is Northern Cook County
and Southern Lake County, Illinois; however, this area can be expanded to
accommodate special needs.

and consulting in the Cook County and Lake County market areas; however, this
area can be expanded to accommodate special projects. We have experience
appraising variety of properties including neighborhood centers, office

in receiving property information require updates that can be used to keep your

through e-mail (Adobe-PDF format) plus printed color copies of reports.

computerized on-line access to market data and receives written supplementary
information. On-line sources include Loop Net, CoStar Comps, Information Services
of Illinois, commercial and industrial brokerage firms, MRED, Ltd Multiple
Listing Service and Northern Illinois Planning Commission.
Supplemental written sources
include: market studies, plat books, census tracts, flood maps, zoning maps,
news publications and letters, text books, cost manuals, magazines, and
newspapers.
Appraiser Qualifications
All appraisers are licensed
with the State of Illinois Certified Residential Level or General Real Estate
Level and are in good standing with the Office of Banks and Real Estate. John
C. Satter is a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) with the National Association
of Realtors and a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
