Reports are delivered digitally through e-mail (Adobe-PDF format) . Printed color copies of reports are available.
JCS Real Estate Services, Inc. provides primarily appraisal consulting and valuation services. Appraisal services are provided for the acquisition, sale, leasing, tax assessment, asset allocation, condemnation, relocation, lending or litigation support purposes. Brokerage services are also available.

Data Sources
The valuation of real estate requires access to current market data. JCS Real Estate Services, Inc. has computerized on-line access to market data and receives written supplementary information. On-line sources include Loop Net, CoStar Comps, Information Services of Illinois, commercial and industrial brokerage firms, MRED, Ltd Multiple Listing Service and Northern Illinois Planning Commission projections.
Supplemental written sources include: market studies, plat books, census tracts, flood maps, zoning maps, news publications and letters, text books, cost manuals, magazines, and newspapers.
Appraiser Qualifications
All appraisers are licensed with the State of Illinois Certified Residential Level or Certified General Real Estate Level and are in good standing with the Office of Banks and Real Estate. John C. Satter is a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) with the National Association of Realtors and a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
